Chocolate Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 cups Apple Sauce (Sweetened w/ cinnamon is best!)
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 2/3 cups Vegatable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Vineger
Directions

| Combine flour, sugar,cocoa, soda and salt, Add applesauce, water, vegtableoil, vanilla, and vineger. Blend in mixing bowl untill all is moistened. | |

| Grease and flour 9x13 in. baking pan and pour in blended mixture. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minuets. | |

| Optional: frost with peanut butter icing: 1/3 c. peanut butter, 1/3- 1/4 c. milk. Combine well. Will easily frost 9x13 in cake. | |
