Categories for this year’s contest include: Best homemade, prettiest, scariest, best baby, most realistic, funniest and best overall!

No registration required, and there is no cost for this event.  Rain or Shine.

Wagon Rides are available for $2.00 per rider, ages 2 and under FREE.
