Butterkin Squash w/ Apple and Cranberries
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 Butterkin Squash (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 medium apple (cubed)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Directions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. |
Step 2

Combine all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. |
Step 3
|
Cover and bake 30 minutes. |
Step 4
|
Remove cover and bake 15 additional minutes, or until squash is fork-tender. |
