Charcuterie boards can make a fun family meal or can serve as a creative appetizer. Learn the basic steps to create an exciting board in this class!

In this hands-on class, we invite you to practice creating condiments from scratch and putting a delicious charcuterie board together with Penn State Extension Educators. What are you waiting for? Let’s Cook with Extension!Cost is $30 per person. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Participants must be 12+ years of age.

Saturday, March 1, 1-2p.m.

Learn all about sourdough techniques with us! Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration, and participants will learn hands-on how to properly shape a boule loaf of sourdough bread, try 3 different folding techniques, and learn scoring styles and techniques. There will be several optional ingredients to fold into your loaf that you shape. Participants will leave with a loaf to take home to bake, and a packet with instructions to follow! Participants must be 12+ years of age.

Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required.
