Learn all about sourdough techniques with us! Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration, and participants will learn hands-on how to properly shape a boule loaf of sourdough bread, try 3 different folding techniques, and learn scoring styles and techniques. There will be several optional ingredients to fold into your loaf that you shape. Participants will leave with a loaf to take home to bake, and a packet with instructions to follow! Participants must be 12+ years of age.

SOLD OUT: STAINED-GLASS CLASS WITH CHRIS PARKER
SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 2025, 10:30am-1:30pm
Make your own stained glass artwork with stained glass artist, Chris Parker. All supplies will be provided. For this class, you can choose between a variety of projects when you get here, including a honeycomb, Cardinal, daffodil, mushroom, and turtle! You will learn the copper foil technique and your project will be ready to take home with you at conclusion of the class. Must be at least 12 years old to participate.

EASTER COOKIE DECORATING CLASS
SATURDAY, APRIL 5, 2025, 10am-12pm
Always wanted to decorate sugar cookies? In this fun 2 hour long class, we will cover the basic tools used to decorate sugar cookies. We will talk about tips for cookie making + icing consistency. Then, we will be doing 4 large themed cookies that will taste amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating! Everything you need will be provided: cookies, icing and a box to take your cookies home!
Cost is $47 per person and pre-registration is required. All ages welcome!
SOURDOUGH STARTER CLASS
SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2025, 10-11am & 11:30am-12:30pm
Learn all about sourdough starters with us. Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration on how to feed and take care of starters. You will also sample different sourdough breads. Registration includes:
- Starter samples in a jar
- Packets of instructions
- A general recipe of how to use the starters in a recipe
Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required. Register today for the 10am or 11:30am class. Participants must be 12+ years of age.
