SOURDOUGH BREAD FOLDING & SHAPING CLASS
SATURDAY, JUNE 21, 2025, 10-11am
Learn all about sourdough techniques with us! Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration, and participants will learn hands-on how to properly shape a boule loaf of sourdough bread, try 3 different folding techniques, and learn scoring styles and techniques. There will be several optional ingredients to fold into your loaf that you shape. Participants will leave with a loaf to take home to bake, and a packet with instructions to follow! Participants must be 12+ years of age.
Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required.

STAINED GLASS CLASS WITH CHRIS PARKER
SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2025, 10am-1pm
Make your own stained glass artwork with stained glass artist, Chris Parker. All supplies will be provided. For this class, you can choose between a variety of projects when you get here, including a honeycomb, Cardinal, watermelon slice, strawberry, and more! You will learn the copper foil technique and your project will be ready to take home with you at conclusion of the class.
Cost is $55 per person and pre-registration is required. Participants must be at least 12 years old. You will pick your design the day of the event and all supplies are included in your registration. Space is limited, register today!
COOKIE DECORATING CLASS
SATURDAY, JULY 26, 2025, 10am-12pm
Always wanted to decorate sugar cookies? In this fun 2 hour long class, we will cover the basic tools used to decorate sugar cookies. We will talk about tips for cookie making + icing consistency. Then, we will be doing 5 large themed cookies that will taste amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating! Everything you need will be provided: cookies, icing and a box to take your cookies home!
Cost is $47/person. Registration is required.
CLAY CHARCUTERIE BOARD CLASS
SUNDAY, AUGUST 3, 2025, 10am-12pm
Join Under The Horizon Pottery at Hollabaugh Bros. for a hands-on clay workshop where you’ll create your very own custom charcuterie board. In this class, you’ll work with fresh clay to shape and design a functional and decorative charcuterie board. Explore a variety of texturing tools—such as stamps, doilies, florals, or even your own unique patterns—to make your piece truly one-of-a-kind. After the workshop, your creation will be professionally glazed by the artists at Under The Horizon and returned to Hollabaugh Bros. for pickup within four weeks. Under The Horizon is a full-service pottery studio offering handmade pottery, creative workshops, and more.
This all-inclusive class provides a complete, start-to-finish experience, and your finished board will be food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. All materials are included—just bring your creativity! Cost is $65/person and pre-registration is required. Ages 16+

FLORAL ARRANGENMENT CLASS

Grab your friends and join us and Mattie from Matching Buds on August 16 for a flower arrangement class. Participants will be able pick out a vase, cut your own flowers and learn how to make a make a beautiful flower bouquet with flowers from our flower patch. Join us for a fun morning and add some cheer and color to your home.
