Ingredients
- 2lb fresh Hollabaugh asparagus spears
- 1/2 cup vidalia onion (chopped)
- 1 can beef broth (48-oz.)
- 1 pint half & half
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 3 Dollops Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Dollops A1 sauce
- 1 Dollops BBQ sauce
- 1/2lb shredded or Velveeta cheese
Directions
Step 1

Chop asparagus into desired lengths while heating broth. Add asparagus, onions, garlic, and sauces. |
Step 2

Bring to a boil for 6 minutes. Cool on low heat. When boiling has stopped, add cheese and half & half. Stir until cheese is melted. |
