- Your favorite apple variety (washed, peeled, and sliced into thin wedges)
Optional
- Cinnamon/Suger mixture (to taste)
Directions

Arrange apple pieces on a cookie sheet so pieces are not touching. | |

Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture, if desired. | |

Heat in a 150 degree oven for 10-20 hours untill they are flexible, but not sticky. |
