- 4lb tomatillos (husked and rinsed)
- 1 cup white onion (chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- the juice of one whole lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 jalapenos (stemmed and chopped)
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 poblano chiles

It would stay good about a week in the refrigerator, and you could absolutely freeze it!
