Perfect for strawberry season!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
Directions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a muffin tin or prepare 8-10 muffin liners. |
Step 2

In a small bowl, combine oil, milk, and egg and mix until thoroughly combined. |
Step 3

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Toss in strawberries and stir to coat. |
Step 4
|
Pour wet mixture into dry and stir until just combined. |
Step 5
|
Divide between muffin cups. |
Step 6
|
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops bounce back. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Enjoy! |
